Second Grade

We created a container using 3D shapes to protect an egg from a drop and we are researching all about our animal!

Third Grade

Mathematicians practiced area and perimeter with a fun partner game this week!

Fourth Grade

On April 1, fourth grade teachers rolled out a “new computer update” that had been pushed out by Google. It was called Google Nose, and it said it allowed for extra senses to be included in the technology experience- such as smell. The teachers pushed out the url, and students were excited to try it out. After going to the website, many sniffed and sniffed… only to find out it was an April Fool’s Day joke! We are so glad our students have such a good sense of humor!

Fifth Grade

We have had a very productive week! We reviewed figurative language, parts of poetry, practiced identifying sentences as simple, compound, or complex, and continued working on our explorer, settler, and settlement research!
