French Culture Celebration

Mr. Galm’s Novels class had a deliciously celebrated French Culture with a French Culture Day featuring historic French recipes and traditional foods from France to mark their completion of Charles Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities. They feasted on baguette, croissants, brie cheese, pastries, home-made Madeleines, a potato casserole, and a traditional French beef stew.
