Student of the Month

K: Alexandria Duxbury always does the right thing! She does her best in ALL that she does. She is a calming presence in our room and has outstanding leadership skills! 1: Murray Wetzel has done a great job transitioning to Sprunica. He is a kind and helpful friend and a good listener! 2: Aubrey Dersch is a fantastic leader. She goes above and beyond to help her classmates with anything they need. 3: Kyle Redmon is a role model student.  He is a great listener, team player, stays on task, follows directions, and works hard. 4: Emmett White is a hard working, responsible guy who always goes the extra mile to do his best or help others do their best! 5:  Ryan Hatchett consistently leads by example through his calm and steady presence. You can count on Ryan to always do the right thing. He takes ownership of his learning and strives to do his best.

Second Grade

Fabulous 2nd graders working hard!

Third Grade

Mathematicians learned how to use the STOP, MODEL & SOLVE strategy to solve story problems! We are working on stopping and really understanding what the problem is about instead of just finding the numbers and doing an operation.

Fourth Grade

After reading a nonfiction text about children who began businesses that help others, fourth graders worked together to dream up businesses that could help our very own community. We have some very compassionate students! We also enjoyed time together outside!

Fifth Grade

As you can see, we worked a ton this week on synthesizing information!
