We are working hard with our partner to read and answer questions over “Anansi Learns a Lesson.”

Fifth Grade

We have been reviewing text structure with partners, identifying author’s purpose in small groups, and getting our brains ready for the day with brain teasers! We also collaborated on reading texts and identifying if authors were including facts and/or opinions. They read summaries of nonfiction texts and evaluated them! We used postcards to prompt story writing.
