Everyone did an excellent job at the Christmas Concert!

We had our Santa Shop this week. We had a lot of new inventory, and the kids were really excited about the presents they were able to buy for their families!

We are deeply grateful to all who contributed so generously, making it possible for our ambassadors to deliver 11 boxes of toys to Riley Children’s Hospital today.

Our thanks go to Mrs. Bruner for driving and providing Chick-Fil-A lunch for everyone. Even the rain could not dampen our enthusiasm!

What do you do if it’s the first snowfall of the season? You have speech-language therapy outside, of course! (We caught some snowflakes on our tongues!)

The HES Spell Bowl Team came in 2nd place at the spell bowl competition in Seymour! Go Tigers!

This week in TEDEd Club, we talked about our hopes for our talks and the challenges we might face. We also learned about giving feedback to each other. Specifically, we learned how to give positive and detailed feedback to someone about something they did. The time went by so quickly. The members are doing an amazing job participating and working together.

TEDEd Update-Wednesday afterschool, the TEDEd Club met for the first time. We have 16 members who are very excited to start their journey in TEDEd. We spent time getting to know each other and talking about what the plan looked like for our club. They are a great group of kids, and it is going to be amazing this year!
